    • Please. Leave politics out of this. Para mo na ring sinabing di deserving manalo si Kylie at kaya lang siya nanalo ay dahil may impact ang MIO sa geopolitical landscape ng East Asia. That’s a big reach, if I ever saw one.

      • I didn’t say she’s not deserving. I rooted for her since BBP days. Mali ko lang na kinulayan ko pa ang pagkapanalo nya. But it’s just a wild imagination which I should have kept to myself. Mea culpa.

    • Wtf??? Maayos ang japan at ph relation. Pero gamitin man ang politiko it is very clear na si kylie dapat manalo. Alam ng maraming tao yan. I dont think japan wil do that politically. MI is not part of the govt. Its non gov organization its business after all. Raising funds for advocacy and so on. Matalino ang japanese owner ng MI they need to choose someone more than beauty who can help them in their advocacy. Hinde yan katulad ng owner ng grand at intercon.

  14. Misso’s first top hotpick emerges as the winner yet again. However, they only managed to get 1 in the Top 5. Told you there was nothing to worry about.

    Sash Factor did slightly better with 3 out of the Top 5, but they had Indonesia at the top with Kylie 2nd and Nicaragua 5th.

Just to add up, Ann Colis won Miss Globe last year, then almost titles and crowns for Cristy Mcgarry (1st runner up, Miss Intercontinental 2015) and just yesterday, Nicole Cordoves’ finish in Miss Grand International 2016. THE Aces and Queens is really the best beauty camp in the Philippines.

  149. It’s 430 AM here and I’m burning the midnight oil. Baka naman pasikat na ang araw wala pa ring winner. I’m loving Peru, Venezuela and Philippines. Lakas ng stage presence nila. Ganda ng gown ni Kylie but I’m not too sure about the hair though. Venezuela’s gown is so 80s and her styling with the red lipstick makes her look washout. But definitely pasarela is tops. Peru’s evening gown performance is flawless. Sayang ang face ni Poland – her styling is meh. Overall MI production is classy if not dragging but that’s very Japanese. Praying for KV to get the crown!

God, I should get to bed but I can’t tear my eyes away and the Japanese instrumental music is hypnotic lol…….Kylie did as expected and then some…she can’t be faulted, it is what it is- a lot more confident than Janicel’s last year as well as presenting a totally different look which we have to admit, the MIO will either like or say meh to..we don’t really know…..how did Indonesia do? Only asking because she’s such hot topic here (like hot, fresh turd lol)..but honestly, I don’t care one way or another..

  151. If at all the 5 miss continents are a reflection of the MI organization’s choices/favorite then Kylie will end up as clapper or Top 10/15 at best. Such weird choices. Pero umiikot pa ang bola so quiet na muna ako.

    • I don’t think the continental queen choices have any direct bearing to the final 10/15..i mean look at last years, totally random too..i think they put all the countries in 5 sake jugs as per continent and drew the queens at random- thats how it looks

  154. Here we go, Top 20…Kylie’s gown looks so divineeeee….and the angle of her neck and head! You can spot it a mile away…..Venezuela could’ve gone a sweet, elegant route but that gown with the explosion of tulle at the sides is both excessive and unnecessary..New Zealand (go Kiwis!) is sooo pretty…Peru’s ears are distracting…

  175. In fairness, maganda ang light blue/purple gown ni Kylie, tipong simple pero yayamanin sa detalye. I love it. At hindi maiwasang maikumpara agad si Kylie at Poland dahil magkasunod sila. Performance wise, lamang si Kylie kay Poland.
