It was a well-attended product launch at Solaire Resort & Casino that gathered Queens – Miss World Megan Young, Miss Universe Philippines Rachel Peters, Bb. Pilipinas Grand International Elizabeth Clenci, Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International Leren Mae Bautista, Bb. Pilipinas International Janicel Lubina, Mutya ng Pilipinas Janela Joy Cuaton and Mutya ng Bohol Glyssa Perez – and Kings – Mister World Philippines titleholders Andrew Wolff and Sam Ajdani (the brand endorser) – for My Daily Collagen Drink which is a 100% Japan-made product that has hit the Philippine market for the first time.
Cristian Imazu of Nizona Japan and Ana Perez of Global Wellness Enterprise partnered to give us the everyday collagen drink for health and beauty. It is formulated to promote a firmer, youthful and radiant skin, as it is fortified with Collagen, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C, Elastin and Royal Jelly. It will be made available in wellness shops and health/beauty counters of popular outlets very soon! A 100ml bottle costs only P149.00 each so it is the most reasonably-priced collagen drink available right now.
Everyone had a pleasant time during the launch as even the Japanese partners introduced their other products that will definitely be hits in the local market. If you want to be one of the first to give them a try, visit http://ph.buyjapanproducts.com
In the meantime, here are more photos from the said event.
When Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 Janicel Lubina, Bb. Pilipinas Supranational 2014 Yvethe Santiago, Bb. Pilipinas 2014 1st Runner-Up Laura Lehmann and Bb. Pilipinas 2015 1st Runner-Up Hannah Ruth Sison were brought by David’s Salon for their first overseas hair fashion shoot in the Affinage Australia HQs in Brisbane, little did they know about the actual difficulty levels of the project they signed up for.
In particular, Laura (according to David’s Salon Marketing Manager Lotte Villarosa-Agraviador) underwent the most complex (and cry-worthy) hair transformation as it took practically the whole day to achieve what the brand has assigned for her final look. I was also told that any hair care professional-wannabe cannot single-handedly do what a team of professionals toiled over. Hannah had the easiest procedure because the two-colored braids were not as complicated to accomplish. Yvethe had a relatively trying time as well but not to the point of almost wearing her out. Lastly, Janicel looked like she had the hardest-to-achieve hair, but it actually was not as demanding as the rest.
So now, may I present to you the Mermaid Hair Collection of David’s Salon in cooperation with Affinage Australia.
If you’re game enough, try booking an appointment at one of the flagship branches of David’s Salon to get the mermaid look and stand out wherever you go. 😉
Three of our Bb. Pilipinas 2015 Queens as photographed by Raymond Saldaña
Their reigns may be over, but the individual activities continue as winners of Bb. Pilipinas 2015. In this latest shot uploaded by ace photographer Raymond Saldaña, Bb. Pilipinas International Janicel Lubina, Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Rogelie Catacutan and Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental Christi Lynn McGarry are shown in one frame wearing Leo Almodal, Cary Santiago and Albert Andrada, respectively.
Janicel was last seen participating in the Flores de Maria 2016 in Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Rogelie, on the other hand, went deeper down south as judge of Mister Zamboanga Peninsula. And of course, we all know thst Christi is one of the three endorsers of Bragais Brides.

From this point, all three ladies can now move on with relatively normal lives but still carrying the Bb. Pilipinas titles they won as “badges” they can use to continue in spreading their personal causes and/or accepting public appearances and projects.
Keep on being beautiful, ladies! 🙂

Her reign as Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 may be over, but Janicel Lubina is moving ahead according to her own working pace. She is picking up all the opportunities that come knocking at her door with a grateful heart. And knowing how hardworking she is as an individual, the chances of getting offers from different corners are bright. It could be pageant judging, personal appearances, TV guesting or, just like last night, as “sagala” (flower maiden
) of Designer Sony Boy Mindo for the 37th Flores de Mayo 2016 at the SM Mall of Asia. The possibilities are just there for the picking.
Janicel may no longer have the chance to pursue any other pageant channels (the risks far outweigh the potential benefits), but she is looking beyond the crown and taking all the options with an open mind and a generous (to her family in Palawan) heart.

Good luck in all your future plans, my dear Janicel! 🙂
It was a successful fashion event last night at B Hotel in Quezon City when Designer Kim Gan unveiled her latest collection of Gakuya/Seishun which is very Japanese-inspired but filled with a lot of unique touches only she can come up with.
Beauty Queens/Kings and Professional Models walked the ramp, including Miss Universe Philippines 2014 MJ Lastimosa, Bb. Pilipinas International 2014 and 2015 Bianca Guidotti & Janicel Lubina, Bb. Pilipinas Supranational 2014 and 2015 Yvethe Santiago & Rogelie Catacutan, Mister World Philippines 2015 Sam Ajdani, Miss World Philippines 1st Runner-Up Cassandra Naidas, Kim Ross delos Santos, Alaiza Malinao and more.

Our Bb. Pilipinas titleholders of 2015
On this, the last day of their reigns as Bb. Pilipinas 2015 winners, allow me to pay a brief homage to the most successful batch of titleholders in the modern history of the country’s premiere beauty pageant. This is the quintet which represented us overseas and came home either as the victors or in respectable overall placements.
Miss Universe Philippines 2015 and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach
Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 and Miss International 2015 Top 10 Janicel Lubina
Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental 2015 and Miss Intercontinental 2015 1st Runner-Up and Queen of Asia-Oceania Christi Lynn McGarry
Bb. Pilipinas Supranational 2015 and Miss Supranational 2015 Top 20 finisher Rogelie Catacutan
Bb. Pilipinas Tourism/Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2015 and Miss Globe 2015 Ann Lorraine Colis
Thank you for bringing pride and honor to our country. Thank you for bringing the best of the Filipina beauty to the world, the Universe rather. And thank you for being shining examples of pageant royalty and grace.
Exactly an hour after winning last year, the Bb. Pilipinas 2015 titleholders
Your efforts will long be remembered, Pia, Janicel, Christi, Rogelie and Ann! 😀
Left to right: Christi, Ann, Pia, Janicel, Rogelie and Hannah. Only Kim is missing.
During last night’s Cream Silk Transformations event launch, the winners of Bb. Pilipinas 2015 had a special reunion where Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach grouped herself once more with Bb. Pilipinas International Janicel Lubina, Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental Christi Lynn McGarry, Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Rogelie Catacutan, Miss Globe 2015 Ann Lorraine Colis and 1st Runner-Up Hannah Ruth Sison. Only 2nd Runner-Up Kimverlyn Suiza was missing.
It was such a special moment for all reigning titleholders as the last time they were together, Pia was still Miss Universe Philippines 2015 and looking at clinching the DIC crown in Las Vegas. This time around, the group feels a lot more emotional especially that one of them actually successfully achieved the most difficult mission of all. And this batch of winners will long be remembered as the one that actually produced the 3rd Miss Universe victory for the Philippines.
See you at the Presscon, Miss U! 🙂
