22 year-old La Romana native Kimberly Jimenez was appointed Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2020. She was First Runner-Up during the national finals last year. She will now suit up for the next edition of Miss Universe.

If you missed the last 15 minutes of Pageantry Norms Season 2 Episode 3 earlier, I already revealed my Pre-Ring Light Series Selection of 20 for Miss Universe Philippines 2020. I used the word “selection” instead of “favorites” or “hot picks” because I went through the motions of selecting the best per region and added the next eight ladies to complete the list of 20. I made no rankings whatsoever because – at this juncture of the competition – the Ring Light Series will definitely present each one of them from an entirely different perspective.
