  1. Watta ****!!! What an eyebrow style?!? If she really didn’t like it, I am sure it could easily be redone. Just saying…

    • Dex, keep in mind that she’s the sporty type of girl. I suspect she’s still learning the ropes about makeup 🙂 And that’s the thing if you don’t know how to do your own makeup, there’s a bigger chance of sabotage and if you don’t know much, you can’t pinpoint what went wrong with your makeup unless you have the eye for detail, and if you know how to do the basics at least, you can fix your own makeup.

      • Fly back ASAP, Sheena. Help her! I really can’t accept her unflattering main image above. I don’t know make-up but I am sure I could do better than that! 😉

      • And naiinis rin ako na I think they didn’t use a primer before they applied her makeup, hence making her under eye area looked wrinkly. Aynako, mangungurot ako sa singit ng makeup artist! LOL

  2. When I see her in the swimsuit, she reminds me of Alyssa Campanella in Miss Universe 2011. I like this girl, I remember seeing Jonas Gaffud posting a picture of her on his instagram and thought of nothing more of her than a clapper… But WOW has she changed since then! I see her slowly creeping up the ladder ready to snatch a crown! I really wouldn’t mind seeing this girl win the Miss Universe Philippines title. Trust Aces & Queens to polish her into the perfect rep. Right now, I have her as my first runner up. I hope to see her in an international pageant one day. Best of luck, Laura!

  3. one of the best for any international crown! Her edge ! Communications very spontaneous not kabisote! Hindi rin matatawaran ang gandang natural niya!!

  4. She’s studying at Occidental College studying Neuro-Science, Psychology and Spanish? Very impressive and very intelligent. You have to be accepted at that school.

What a great scholastic and successful career and future for this beautiful candidate! Her fluency in Spanish will definitely be of use here in Los Angeles and many parts of the U.S. A triple linguistic threat. Go on Laura! The world is your oyster!

Crown or no crown. Ms. Laura Lehmann is a winner!

    • Lol…Grammar faux pas; “You have to be, ‘to be’ accepted at that school!”

      Sorry folks 🙂

      • I don’t care if I commit grammatical blunders. The best thing is at least we are not grammar police officers!

    • Nosebleed english i would say..pwedeng mgtagalog teh if hirap na hirap kana. Wag pilitin kasi masakit sa bangs at sa panga! But you made me laugh super. LOL

      • Its a lot easier to type in English. I don’t think grammar should be an issue as long as we are understood.

      • @Ms.Forme. I’m just kidding super, Lol. Actually, my first language is English and the Filipino vernacular I understand fluently is Ilocano from my grandparents and parents. They have the thickest of accents, but I love them.

It’s a tradition to root for Miss Philippines at the Universe pageant with the family. Lol…sorry if i disappointed you. Filipina delegates are the finest in Asia! I’m hooked!

      • @fabian.

Actually Mr. Fabian, for some people even writing English may not be easy, but like you said, the important thing is they are understood. Janine Tugonon had a distinct Filipino accent. However, her command and diction of English made her final answer so eloquent to understand and elegant to listen to. I still think she should have won.

I advocate the delegates to answer the final question in their native Tagalog or their provincial dialect.. But dove tailing on what Bea Santiago had mentioned in an interview with the other queens, she uses English to be understood globally. 🙂

Take for instance this blog. Almost 1 billion people in 70 countries are able to understand the articles posted by Mr. NORM. That is power! Super power! 😉

Much love Ms. Forme… couldn’t resist!

      • @Mr. Norm!

Lol…Now imagine Laura Lehmann ‘ s linguistic power? Tagalog, English AND Spanish? That’s an additional 500 million or so Spanish speakers official in 20+ countries. Heck, in Lo Angeles where she goes to school, she can talk English to Americans, Spanish to Latinos, and talk “about” them in Tagalog!

        You go Laura!

      • four n more, and Spanish is the 2nd widely spoken language in the world next to Mandarin 🙂

  5. I simply like her. She is one of the girls who enjoys the competition. She looks classy and relax all the time.

  6. I just could not ignore this girl everytime I see her photos. Though she may not be the best among the girls, I feel something positive about this young lady.

  7. for someone so young, she looks years older here due to the lines on her face which was made more prominent by the make up. next time, get a t shirt bra that is your size laura and preferably the seamless ones. the handlers in her camp could’ve prevented such faux pas.

  8. Whoever did her makeup deserves to get a pinch from me for not doing her eyebrow makeup properly!

  9. Laura is gonna lose a lot of fans because of that yellow shirt pic

  10. RESERVE FOR MS. World… Ung pagiging athletic nya mas may room sa mw. Tapos ung good communication skills nya sa q&a sa msw pasok na pasok…for now i think pang MI ang dating nya though tisay siya, like ung sabi ko quigaman abd santiago are both balikbayan so pasok sa trend tong laura na to…salamat
