Time to allocate some of our gaze and support for the Philippine Dragon Boat Team. And for excellent reasons at that. The group ended their campaign in the 2011 IDBF 10th World Dragon Boat Racing Championships in Tampa, Florida on a high note by bagging 5 Golds and 2 Silvers and in the process, establishing world records as well!

These Pinoy Paddlers need our constant support because they have so much national glory to offer with strings of victory left and right in the sport. It saddens me that they could not participate in the big boat events due to lack of financial support, but hopefully, this will change in the months and years to come. Fingers crossed for that! 😉
