The Virtual Finals of Mr. Fahrenheit 2021 produced our representative to Mr. Gay World 2021. He is now Mr. Gay World Philippines 2021 and represented Cebu Province in the competition. His name is Joel Rey Carcasona, a 28 year-old nurse who works as a Financial Associate. He is into blogging and the performing arts, while leading an active lifestyle by joining marathons and going to the gym regularly.

Along with Mr Gay World Philippines 2020 Leonard Kodie Macayan, Joel will take part in the twin-virtual stagings of two editions for Mr Gay World which will take place one week apart late next month.

Interestingly, the finals had a Q&A segment that threw some of the most difficult pageant questions that are LGBTQi+ related. But fortunately for Joel, he was able to compose himself well to impress the judges which included beauty queens Samantha Bernardo, Emma Tiglao, Angelee delos Reyes & Roxie Baeyens plus online influencers Zeinab Hareke, Jelai Andres and more.

Mr Fahrenheit and Mr Gay World Philippines is organized by National Director Wilbert Tolentino who is now a widely-followed vlogger on FB and Youtube.
