Don’t look now, but Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2016 Nelda Ibe could be in for a real destination treat once the organizers of The Miss Globe make a formal announcement of the host country for its 2017 edition this coming late October to early November.

According to my reliable source inside the organization, Finland is almost a go for The Miss Globe 2017 and they are just making sure that everything is in order once the big reveal is made.

I am happy for Nelda with this development. And once an official statement is made, our bet will be doubly excited. She has never been to that part of the globe and the potentials of gaining a most wonderful experience representing the country abroad is already a given.

PS. I was also told that The Miss Globe 2016 3rd Runner-Up Nichole Manalo will be visiting the pageant organizers in Canada this coming July. I hope there will be a cool project waiting for her!
