Tomorrow night, the finals of GLobal Asian Model Philippines 2019 will have its finals night at the Cove Manila inside Okada Manila.

21 ladies and 18 gentlemen will vie for titles that will give them the right to represent the country in big competitions here and abroad such as Manhunt International, Miss Charm International, Mister Global and the second edition of #GLobalAsianModel International.

Global Asian Model: The International Edition

Presenting some of the Official Candidates (all with Asian heritage) for the international edition of #GlobalAsianModel who will vie for the inaugural wins next month. This is a brainchild of Jonas Gaffud and Empireph.

Welcome Party and Press Presentation will take place at the Cove Beach Club Manila on November 16, with the finals set for November 21 at Cove Manila at Okada Manila.

The Philippines will be represented by Vince Lenard Marcelo and Ella Eiveren Lubag.

Eileen being crowned by last year’s winner Mary Ann Mungcal

Congratulations to Mary Eileen Gonzales for winning Miss Global Philippines 2018 during the finals last night at The Cove Manila in Okada. Her court of runners-up include Cheska Viñas, Nicole Osuna Dichoso, Charlene Duran and Alexandra Moraga, in that order.

Eileen, a single mom who was 2nd Runner-Up during the same competition back in 2015, walked away with the title this time around. She was crowned by last year’s winner Mary Ann Mungcal.

In this blog entry is Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters and her look during last night’s Grit+Glam Event at Cove Manila.

Just like a periodical score card, how do you assess her impact so far as the reigning titleholder? Is she doing a much better job than her predecessor? If you ask me, her classic beauty can stand the test of modern time. And after landing an endorsement shoot locally, it appears that she can still continue in sustaining the brand and image of Miss Universe till the next edition comes.
