After touring Saitama City and other nearby Japanese cities (top photos and left), Miss Philippines Ma Ahtisa Manalo was picked as one of 47 (out of 77) delegates of the #58thMissInternational brought by Tobu Railway for a tour of Nikko (all the images below). They went to Tochigi City and visited Nikko Edo Wonderland and Tobu World Square.

Ahtisa even got to enjoy watching (the prep) and tasting one of her favorite Japanese quick bites – Yakitori.
What’s your take on her wardrobe so far, dear readers?

I envy my Saitama-based friend Stephen Diaz (of Missosology

Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago accompanied the ladies which included Miss Philippines Bianca Guidotti. And what made the small group of 12 early delegates even more excited about the whole outing is that it’s not an official activity (notice that they still don’t have their country sashes on) so they can shop around without worrying too much about TV cameras following them or checking out only the sponsor shops/department stores.
Tomorrow will be entirely different because there will be more than sixty (60) foreign beauties already accounted for. 😉
