Lia Andrea Ramos, Bb Pilipinas Universe of 2006 and Ms. Photogenic @ the Miss Universe Pageant in Los Angeles that same year, has decided to come back to the Philippines to put up a beauty shool in partnership with Gold’s Gym. Lia has been modeling abroad after her stint at the Binibining Pilipinas pageant. Little is known in her international career because she was based in Cape Town, South Africa. In Capetown she was like other famous international model here in the Philippines like Akihiro Sato and Daniel Matsunaga. They wanted her to stay in South Africa and do TV as well but she sees herself settling in the Philippines.

She came back in late 2009 after her stint in international modeling in Los Angeles. She has done commercials for Kohl’s in the USA, Heineken in Spain and other numerous commercials in South Africa, Germany and the UK.

Lia is a Political Science graduate of UP Diliman and has been working with the Asia Foundation prior to the Philippine pageant.
