Our reigning Bb. Pilipinas titleholders for Creme Silk
Let’s do some quick grouping of ladies according to the possible international pageants they are likely to be good fits for.
Top of my head, I took the liberty of dividing the forty (40) Bb. Pilipinas 2014 Official Candidates into five (5) groups of eight (8). Each group is assigned a specific title to be handed out on March 30, under which the likeliest placers are included. See if your choices compare close (or not so close) to mine.

This is all for a bit of fun, although I’m sure you will take it seriously. 🙂
Binibini 10 Shauna Indra Curran started hot in the competition. Can she sustain it?
Some people are saying that Binibini 10 Shauna Indra Salina Curran needs to work out more to show off a shapelier figure the next time she walks the ramp in a two-piece swimsuit. With such a gorgeous face and excellent communication skills, it would be a waste to get pulled down by middling scores in physical fitness.
I’m pretty sure Team JDV’s gym trainers are giving that extra focus on Shauna’s built to get her more than ready in time for the preliminaries and finals. And I do hope they train double-time. This Scottish-Igorota is expected to nail her one-on-one interviews and evening gown presentation. Completing all three major segments with flying colors is a must in order to make it to the next level of competition. 😉
Starting today till a few days before Finals Night, you can vote for your Top Picks among the Official Candidates of Bb. Pilipinas 2014. From time to time, updates on the running results will be posted to give you an idea on who’s leading and who’s lagging behind.
By the way, this post will be sticky just for today. Afterwards, you can cast your choices in the widget on the right.
Happy Clicking! 😀
P.S. The names and photos of Diane Querrer and Sherlien Dass are no longer above after being replaced by Aiza Faeldonia and Carla Lizardo.
Remember the first feature your blogger posted about Shauna Indra Salina Curran last year? You will remember her as the half-Scottish, half-Igorota beauty from Baguio City who has now dipped her foot in Bb. Pilipinas 2014 waters.
And Team JDV has packaged her well as the group’s best speaker (being a Radio DJ and Events Host) aside from having the most striking mix of two highlander locations (Scotland and Baguio).
With her height of 5’9″, I’m sure she will make heads turn during the screenings.
Okay, here’s a brief 411 on Shauna Indra Salina F. Curran:
– she’s a heady mix of Ifugao and Scottish origins.
– she was Miss Baguio City 2011
– she graduated Mass Communication from St. Louis University
– she works as a radio DJ for 96.7 K-Lite in Baguio
– she does modeling and events hosting on the side
– she stands 5’8″
– she has blue-green eyes
– she is articulate and can speak her mind with ease
– she runs a tight ship of a family-owned publication group (Aluminium Tube Travel Publication)
– she has been seen with Team JDV of late
– and she can sing (watch video below)

With the right training, styling and make-over, do you see her with a good fighting chance for Bb. Pilipinas 2014? 😉
