Alongside the sash presentation to the Misters 2015 The Pageant Official Candidates yesterday afternoon, there was also a separate but similar activity ongoing for Miss Esplanade Philippines 2015 as the contenders for its inaugural search have also been formally recognized as such. Proudly wearing the names of their colleges/universities from Far Eastern University to Colegio de San Juan de Letran to Our Lady of Fatima University and more, twelve (12) of the twenty expected contestants came up to be acknowledged.

These ladies will be presented to the Press on August 30 where they will serve as the engaging prelude to the formal gathering of all the handsome men vying for the titles of Misters 2015 The Pageant. It will be a two-in-one big event that promises to be double the pleasure, double the excitement.

Watch out for more about the ladies of Miss Esplanade Philippines 2015, the coronation night of which is scheduled on September 18 at One Esplanade itself. 🙂

The big crowds came in full force for our Misters in Samar

In conjunction with the Anniversary of Teceruma Spa – co-presenter of Misters of Pilipinas 2015 – two concerts were held in Dolores and Borongan in Samar Province where our Misters2014 winners – Mister International 2014 Neil Perez, Mister Global Philippines 2014 Joseph Doruelo, Mister Tourism International Philippines 2014 Judah Cohen and 1st Runner-Up Nicko Cruz – joined Mister International 2013 Jose Anmer Paredes, Supermodel International Philippines Shanice Eve Bailon, Mr. Asia Philippines 2014 Christian Mark Galang and the boy band Freshmen in two nights (July 10 &11) of pure fun and entertainment for the locals.

Teceruma owners John & Tess Herbst led the contingent as the guests were paraded around town in a motorcade. And you will be amazed at the big crowds that packed the Provincial Capitol Gym in Borongan and the Dolores Blvd. Gym in Dolores. The performers enjoyed doing their song-and-dance numbers for them. And our Misters are very popular out there, much to the pleasant surprise of the pageant organizers.

Everyone is back in Manila by now since the 2nd screening of Misters of Pilipinas 2015 is well underway at the PEPPs Tower in San Juan.

Bb. Pilipinas Tourism 2015 Ann Lorraine Colis was a recent guest during the PNP Siglakasan Parade 2015 where she was one of the muses alongside Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 Janicel Lubina, Miss Philippines Earth 2015 Angelia Ong and Supermodel International Philippines Shanice Eve Bailon.

And it got me into thinking again what plans BPCI has in store for this lovely Kapampangan. While there is still a small flicker of hope that Miss Tourism Queen International 2015 could still push through, I would assume that a potential back-up is awaiting her since she is training just as hard as the other titleholders. After all, she can no longer re-join Bb. Pilipinas because she already has a title tucked under her belt. So she really needs to have a respectable international pageant to get fielded in. It doesn’t even have to be a Tourism-themed beauty contest.

The important thing is for her to proudly wear the Philippine sash abroad in a competitive event. That is the main substance of a Bb. Pilipinas crown on top of the honor of wearing one. Period.

Once more, Let’s watch all of Ann’s turns during Bb. Pilipinas 2015.

This coming Friday, May 15, all roads will lead to the Aliw Theatre at the CCP Complex for the “10XGiving Anniversary Concert” of UniSilver Time. This is the big event by which the popular watch company will give back to the public and thank them for ten years of success in the industry. Performers during the same will be UniSilver endorsers led by Karylle, Sam Milby, Ejay Falcon, Julie Anne San Jose and Sponge Cola, plus a long list of teen stars from ABS-CBN, GMA-7 and TV5. Included as well are the winners of Misters of the Philippines 2014 like Mister International 2014/2015 Neil Perez and Mr. Global Philippines 2014 Joseph Doruelo with the special participation of Mister International 2013 Jose Anmer Paredes (photo below).
