Prathamesh Maulingkar of India (middle beside last year’s Gabriel Correa) was named Mister Supranational 2018 during the Finals in Krynica-Zdroj. He is the first Indian and first Asian to win the male pageant.

His runners-up are Jakub Kucner of Poland, Samuel Costa of Brazil, Kevin Dasom of Thailand and Ennio Fafieanie of the Netherlands in that order.

Marco Poli of the Philippines made it to the Top 20.
