#Wishlist for Miss World Philippines:
In the progressive pageant journeys of this beautiful young soul, her achievements are nothing to sneer at. She won her first national competition as Reyna ng Aliwan back in 2018 before becoming Miss Philippines Earth Water 2019.
Chelsea Fernandez had definitely matured enough to give her the chance to make the next step in the national pageant scene bolder. And she is ready to wait till 2021 or when the pandemic is over – whichever comes first.

During last week’s finals of Reyna ng Aliwan 2018, an outstanding delegate from Tacloban City wowed the judges from Day 1 and went on to win the top plum. She also started a streak of sorts for her province after clinching the Best Float Award and the Best in Ritual Dance for the Tribu Buraburon of Burauen, Leyte.
Now back to the beautiful Chelsea, she reminds most everyone of Bb. Pilipinas 2018 1st Runner-Up Vickie Marie Rushton. Not a bad comparison. This girl is taller, though. And she has a truly promising career in pageantry within the next year or two.
Here are highlights from the finals.
