At around 5pm PST of October 3 (or 8am of Monday, October 4), the Miss USA 2022 Finals will begin in Reno, Nevada.

If memory serves me right, the 2022 edition of Miss USA will have the most number of proud Fil-Americans among the state finalists – three (3) all in all.
There is Kiana Yamat of Hawaii, Suzanne Perez of New Mexico and R’Bonney Gabriel of Texas.
Kiana is an athletic young lady who excelled in track and field, wrestling and cheerleading. She earned a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and later worked as a design engineer in San Francisco before moving back to Hawaii to work as a construction engineer.
25 Year-old Suzanne is a host, model, and teacher. She has Studied Communication Sciences and Disorders-Speech Language Pathology at California State University, Fullerton and Studies Master’s Degree (MS) in Speech and Language Pathology at Eastern New Mexico University.
R’Bonney Gabriel is an independent designer who lives and works in Houston, Texas. Her passion for designing began when she started sewing at age 15 and fell in love with constructing things by herself.
