Pia: On top of a starstruck-inducing presence, a substantial showbiz background that should make it easy for her to enjoy and embrace all the attention, day in and day out. Also, it will help reinforce a patience-tested disposition.

Charmaine: An over-all accessible appeal, capped by a face that knows no (or the littlest of) bad angles. She epitomizes “beautiful” in the global sense.

Anna: A pair of legs that stretches forever. And this is one advantage that will neither be naturally negotiable nor achievable for a relatively short candidate. 5’11 3/4″ is a far cry from 5’7″!

Pia: Flexible. She can be confidently fielded in both Miss Universe or Miss International. But then again, MUO has shown preference for Asian-looking Asians rather than Caucasian-mixed Asians of late.

Charmaine: Very Flexible. She has the uniquely telegenic (and photogenic) look MUO would go nuts over plus the Precious Lara Quigaman-vibe the Japanese wouldn’t think twice of centering their attention on.

Anna: Strong for Miss Universe, not-so-strong for Miss International. Despite her smashing height, the MI beauty congress may not be fully charmed by the edgier facial features. On the other hand, MUO could have a more positive penchant for her type – far from having a perfect face, but projecting fierce/queenly walk and aura that should never fail to impress.

Pia: Obviously, she has been the most publicly visible among the three. She knows how to do public relations from a celebrity’s point of view. And she treats personal encounters with such a relaxed and down-to-earth attitude that first-time acquaintances will never feel ill at ease whenever she’s around. I can’t make final conclusions on her Q&A talents, but if constant exposure to the limelight and countless trainings/workshops are any indication, she should be able to manage and charm her way to the heart of the judges.

Charmaine: No proof yet on how she will exhibit grace under pressure, except perhaps quick testimonials from those who personally know her. I can’t answer as well if she can clearly connect during personal interviews. In a way, knowing that she’s a Dean’s Lister can add brownie points in her favor. But one person I trust is her mentor Rodgil Flores who must already have exerted extra effort in insuring that his ward/s (especially this one) are equally trained in this regard. It’s just a matter of time before we can get to see her in speech and in motion.

Anna: I don’t want to make any pre-conclusions that she can articulate her views quite well just because she studied in a DLSU-affiliated college (CSB). That would be a pale argument. However, the girl is hoped to possess a fair share of inborn smarts and acquired English communication to carry her through standard public conversations. She doesn’t come off as either shy or showy. And I heard that she is the only focus of training of a well-meaninged relative who is polishing her pluses for the pageant. That should count for some favorable results.
