Here are photos from the visit of Bb. Pilipinas 2018 to Ever Bilena Cosmetics where the contract signing was held formalizing the entry of the cosmetics company as the official Make-Up Provider for the competition.
Madame Stella Marquez de Araneta – BPCI Chair – accompanied the Binibinis during the visit.
The ladies underwent sessions on how to properly (and more effectively) do their own make-ups.
Miss Ever Bilena Catriona Gray
Towards the end of the visit, four of them were given Special Awards, as follows: #Binibini20 Catriona Gray as Miss Ever Bilena, #Binibini3 Muriel Adrienne Isidore Orais as Miss EB Advance, #Binibini19 Michele Gumabao as Miss Blackwater and #Binibini1 Vickie Marie Rushton as Miss Careline Cosmetics.
Kudos to everyone!
During yesterday’s Tour of the Gateway Gallery, it’s so easy to appreciate the Binibinis up close and personal because: 1) they were not heavily made-up and 2) they were literally running elbows with everyone inside the gallery so media invitees were able to get a good feel of the more relaxed disposition in each one of them.
Now this is just one gathering, but here are fifteen (15) of the ladies who were very pleasant to the eyes for this particular activity as photographed by Joy Arguil for normannorman.com:

“It is important for me to be a Binibini because this is one of the goals in my pageant involvement so I could promote my advocacy to raise awareness and gain support for the welfare of the orphaned children. I don’t want to be just an Official Candidate but I’m there to win it. I want to represent the Philippines in an international pageant and get the bigger crown out there.”
And yes, she is part of the Presidential Cabin Crew aside from being a Flight Attendant with Philippine Airlines:
“Meeting the President and knowing him personally is overwhelming. Serving him is an honor and privilege so I do the best that I can for the entire contingent to be satisfied with my in-flight attention and service.”

Your Cebuana of a Binibini 3 is aiming for the biggest crown. Will she successfully nail it?
Vickie is one of KF’s flag-bearers this year
Muriel is another winnable KF bet this year
Beauty camp Kagandahang Flores (KF) has already uploaded fourteen (14) of the thirty-one (31) official close-up photos of their Binibinis for Bb. Pilipinas 2018. I took the liberty of highlighting the potential flag-bearers in this group and they are ABS-CBN celebrity/former Mutya ng Pilipinas Vickie Marie Rushton and Presidential Cabin Crew/former Miss Philippines Water Murielle Adrienne Isidore Orais.
How about you, dear readers? Who are your picks from the remaining twelve presented in this blog entry?
One of the flag-bearers of Kagandahang Flores for Bb. Pilipinas 2018 is a beautiful Cebuana named Murielle Adrienne Isidore Orais. Just call her Murielle. She’s no longer new in the pageant world after being crowned as Miss Philippines Water 2011. She kept a low profile after serving her reign, worked as FA for Philippine Airlines, and is also part of the Presidential Cabin Crew. It is only now that she has resurfaced. And how.
She is one of the #KF2018 applicants who made it to the BPCI office yesterday afternoon. Read the bio of this 5’7” charmer below.

Yesterday was the deadline for submission of Bb. Pilipinas 2018 applications. And beyond the euphoria of pageant fans who made the appearance of Catriona Gray trend on Twitter and other social media fronts, here are photos of some of the buzzer-beating applicants who made it to the BPCI office at the Araneta Coliseum.
Former Binibini Karen Gallman
Miss Philippines Earth 2016 Loren Mar Artajos
UP Academic Achiever Larissa Alivio

Former Miss Philippines Earth 2017 Candidate Shane Tormes
This week, all applicants will undergo interviews with the legal team of BPCI in order to double check on their documents, qualifications and other essential contractual endorsements (or the absence of) that should hopefully filter the group of more than a hundred to just the ones who will undergo the one-day (all-day) final screening on Monday, January 15.
Best of luck to all the aspirants!
Thanks to my partner Joy Arguil for staying all throughout the important last day of submission for Bb. Pilipinas 2018!

Miss Pagadian City Ma. Alicia Elena Ariosa and Miss Puerto Princesa City Jonavi Raissa Quiray
One of these ten beautiful contenders will be proclaimed Miss Philippines Earth 2011 tomorrow night in Puerto Princesa City. Who will it be?
All signs are pointing to a win by Miss Puerto Princesa City, Jonavi Raissa Quiray. She is no stranger to both national and international pageants and the mere fact that she is representing the host city for the finals speaks volumes of her chances in wearing – yet again – the Philippine sash in Miss Earth 2011. Otherwise, I want Miss Fil USA East Coast Brenna Cassandra Gamboa or my kababayan Mary Denisse Toribio of Malolos to win as well.
Who are your choices to make it to the Top 5 Winners’ Circle? 😉
