The Top 50 Official Delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2021 have already been revealed yesterday. And towards the evening, a new voting component has been added – “Save 3 for the Final 30”.
More questions and criticisms have been raised after a new round of app voting has been started. Now just to clarify things, here is the potential scenario I can see:
The Miss Universe Philippines Organization will select their choices for the Final 30 – with no votes factored in first. If the three ladies who topped the “Save 3 for the Final 30” happen to be part of their own 30 picks, then everybody is happy because the Thirty Official Candidates will have been judged on their own merits. And at the rate the three strongest performers via app votes have been doing consistently for all previous challenges, it is almost a given that they would make the cut. Usual suspects here? Kisses Delavin, Maureen Wroblewitz and Ayn Bernos. Not a bad troika because at least one of them can be safely called an all-around frontrunner.
The way I see it, the possibility that the upper tier of the Final 30 is dominated by ladies who are not necessarily relying on voting brigades and the like is still in play.
If you have any other concerns, please feel free to comment down below. 🙂

Our Accredited Partnership Programme aims to recognize and put a premium on the pageant professionals who have time and again supported countless candidates’ campaigns for the crown. This program also affirms the oneness of the Filipino people by allowing candidates to be matched with Accredited Partners across the country, placing value on a candidate’s ability to see and share the beauty in the city or province whose name she shall call as her own.
