Miss Mandaue 2015How I describe myself:
I am a strong and independent woman who knows what I want in life yet humble enough to acknowledge my flaws and weaknesses with an open mind for improvement. Why should I be the next binibining Pilipinas?
It has been my dream to help and serve others, be a holistic advocate of health far and wide specially in the far-flung areas where health seems to be neglected, and I believe that Binibining Pilipinas will be the best platform to promote that advocacy. And also by carrying the title Binibining Pilipinas, I will try my best to be an extension of God’s hands in bringing not just healing but hope in the lives of my fellow Filipinos I touch.
Family Background
I come from a simple family of five and the eldest of three children. We were raised by our grandparents during the time our parents were working abroad. We lost 11 years of our time to bond with our parents in exchange for a good future. At a very young age our grandmother, who nurtured us with love and equipped us with good morals, made us understand the reason why our parents had to leave and that was to secure our future, our education and I’m very thankful for my parents and my grandparents as well. Such experience has made me into who I am today, a vital part of my persona. What is your greatest achievement?
By far, fulfilling my dream of becoming a doctor is one. Not because of the degree alone but by being one, I am able to find my purpose in serving others. The joy in my heart overflows whenever I see my patient’s condition improve. Most especially when they remember you for the good that you have done.
