#MerryChristmas and may your heart be full of joy and contentment!
This is the time to be merry. Ceasefire on negativity, intrigues bashings and all things unpleasant.
All our Queens (and Kings) – major or minor in title – have done their best to bring pride to our country. Let us continue to celebrate them instead of looking at where to nitpick or say something to pull down their hard work and dedication.
Merry Christmas to one and all!

It may be hotter in the Philippines, but the breezy temperature outside during December is enough to make me want everyday to feel like Christmas. And since it’s now officially the 25th of the 12th month where I live, allow me to greet everyone the Merriest of Christmases.

This year may not have measured up to our glorious 2013 in pageantry, but there will always be good reasons to smile and look forward to in the very near future. Next month, perhaps?
In the meantime, I will share a wonderfully feel-good music video of the adaptation of a love-filled Christmas song as sung by two of my favorites, Idina Menzel and Michael Bublé.

And since Christmas is also about food both calorie-ful and savory, here’s a video of Donal Skehan – my guilty pleasure of an Irish Chef – preparing a yuletide treat for your sweet tooth.

Enjoy the Holidays! 😀
I must admit that 2012 has not been the easiest period for me. Truth be told, the downs outnumbered the ups. Goes to show that Dragons do not necessarily have the best of times in a Dragon Year. But nothing is as more guaranteed in lifting my spirit as the celebration of Christmas, be it with family members, partner or friends. I just want to share my cheeriest and most love-filled greeting to everyone who has been part of my blog’s journey the past twelve months – regulars, followers, lurkers, trolls. May you have the warmest December 25th! 🙂
Freshly-wrapped rice cakes for breakfast? Paired with hot choco or a good cup of coffee, I’d gladly exchange my plate of bacon and eggs for some today.
