While at Fontana Leisure Estate in Clark Field, Pampanga for the Evening Gown Preliminaries, the Miss Earth 2009 ladies took the opportunity to serve up some environmental activities. The place is now the site for close to a hundred new tree seedlings planted by the candidates themselves.
As promised, here are more pictures of the Miss Earth 2009 ladies who have already arrived in the country. Carousel Productions hosted a welcome dinner for everyone where the 50+ already registered delegates were in a ‘getting-to-know-you’ mode with one another. They already checked-in at the Discovery Suites in Ortigas last Sunday. More representatives are expected to arrive late yesterday and today before the scheduled Press Presentation tomorrow.
More pictures to follow!

As continuation of my blogs on the arriving foreign delegates for Miss Earth 2009 starting late this week (actually, Miss Earth-USA already arrived last night), I am posting more photos of ladies who will add intense fire to the competition. I have already presented 18 contenders in two previous posts and I am listing eight more representatives to the tough list.
Miss Earth Russia 2009 NATALIA SOKOLOVSKAYA
Miss Earth Vietnam 2009 TRUONG THI MAY
Miss Earth Singapore 2009 VALERIE LIM
Miss Earth Brazil 2009 LARISSA RAMOS
Miss Earth Slovenia 2009 MAJA JAMNIK
I have already blogged 26 of the expected contestants for Miss Earth 2009. And if we add Sandra Seifert of the Philippines to the fold, the competition becomes even tougher. These ladies represent only a little over 1/3 of the delegates who will vie for the crown this year. There are loads of beauties just waiting to be noticed. This is definitely going to be a more exciting pageant compared to the last!
