Yesterday afternoon’s 2nd Screening of Misters of Pilipinas 2015 was a considerable level-up compared to the first one last July 5. As part of the screening panel, I personally gave my green-light to more than half of the thirteen (13) guys who formally signed up today. And I believe they will head straight to the final callback scheduled around two weeks from now. This is a very interesting group, I might add. And the tags I came up with for most of them made the whole affair more lively and upbeat. There is a “Batang SOCO” from Manila, a Violinist from Olongapo City (a very cute one), an OFW (formerly with Saudia) from Quezon (Pagbilao), a ramp model from Floridablanca, Pampanga, a Registered Nurse from Jolo, Sulu (although a resident of Lipa City now), a National Marketing Officer from Iloilo, an Electrical Engineer from Makati, a PDEA (Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency) Paralegal from QC, a Seaman from Pili, Camarines Sur, a Fashion Photographer from Muntinlupa City, a Professional Football player from Cagayan de Oro City, a former skincare specialist from Misamis Occidental and a TV bit player from Malolos, Bulacan.
Except for a couple of the guys who missed the minimum height requirement, everyone else measured between 5’10” and 6’1″. I would like to see my own picks make it to the roster, and at least five of them are shown on the photo grid below.Next stop: The 3rd and Penultimate Screening of Misters of Pilipinas 2015 on July 19! 😉
