The 23 year-old carpenter from Brondby, Copenhagen who considers himself “the happiest guy in the world” is now on top of it all.
Nicklas Pedersen of Denmark was named Mr. World 2014, but not without getting some tough competition from 1st Runner-up Emmanuel Ifeanyi Ikubese of Nigeria and 2nd Runner-up Jose Pablo Minor of Mexico. He is Denmark’s very first winner in the male pageant and has now succeeded the outgoing titleholder Francisco Escobar of Colombia who did an amazing job during his reign.
Nicklas, who actually made the Top Ten via a fast track win in Sports, was just thrilled to make it to the Top 3. And when it was down to him and Emmanuel of Nigeria, his nerves were at an all-time high. Relief was all over his face when he was finally named winner and now has bragging rights as the World’s Most Desirable Man.
Congratulations, Nicklas! 😀
