Cebu was the big winner during Miss Casino Filipino 2014 (Photo credit: Melvin Sia)
The strong winds and heavy rains of Tropical Storm Mario get the blame for the postponement of the Miss Casino Filipino 2014 finals last Friday. Good thing the organizers were quick in resetting the event for last night at the Midas Hotel and Casino.
And Cebu was the big winner, copping three (3) of the Top 5 places with a well-deserved victory for Rogelie Catacutan. She eventually eased out early pick Emma Mary Tiglao (of CF-Angeles) who had to settle for 1st Runner-up. The 2nd- and 3rd Runners-up are also from Cebu with Maria Fatima Al-Sowyed and Julienne Hazel Pensarga, respectively. Jannie Alipoon of CF-Hyatt completed the magic circle by being named 4th Runner-up.
Aside from nailing the crown, Rogelie was also named winner of three important special awards, namely, Best in Swimsuit, Best in Long Gown and Best in Talent. Excellent job training her, KF Cebu!
Jannie, Julienne, Rogelie, Emma and Fatima once more.
Congratulations to all the Top 5 ladies! 🙂
