This is the musical that catapulted many talented Filipinos to fame. And in celebration of its 25th Anniversary, “Miss Saigon” will return to Prince Edward Theatre at the London West End stage with a more inspired look and feel befitting the Silver edition. What’s more interesting is that Filipinos and Filipino-Americans have joined the cast, including new breeds of Kim in the persons of Eva Noblezada and Julia Abueva (alternate), the Engineer with Jonjon Briones and Gigi with Rachelle Ann Go.

I have already seen the original. But this revival must be cause for more excitement. Watch the video above and you’ll see what I mean. 😉
