It was an exhilarating day of fun physical challenges and learning for the 45 Official Candidates of Miss World Philippines 2021 during the Sports Challenge Fast Track Event held at the Tyro Sorta Shooting Range/Steel and Ammo Corporation in San Simon, Pampanga where they were put to the test in a variety of tasks that included proper gun handling, self defense and target shooting among others.

At the end of the day, the Top 10 performers were declared as finalists:
