Lovely bride Shamcey!

It’s now official! Bb. Pilipinas Universe 2011 and Miss Universe 2011 3rd Runner-Up has already tied the knot with dashing Lloyd T. Lee. She was the picture of blissful radiance wearing a heavenly Cherry Veric creation (hair and make-up by Albert Kurniawan) as she walked down the aisle to marry the man of her dreams. It was reported that tears started to flow when the two exchanged their vows, but moreso when they gave a touching tribute to their parents.
From this blogger, my warmest congratulations to the newly-married couple. May you have the good life and may your children grow up to be the best that you want them to be.🙂
So many beautiful guests. Can you name all of them?

When designer Cherry Samuya Veric presented his Holiday 2013 collection during last week’s Philippine Fashion Week, little did the audience know that gold will be the predominant color of his creations. And with two fab beauty queens closing his segment, it just goes to show that his inspirations impressed the World and the Universe. Miss World Philippines 2012/Miss World 2012 Semifinalist Queenie Rehman and Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2011/Miss Universe 2011 3rd Runner-Up Shamcey Supsup wore his show-stopping (and sparkling) outputs to the delight of many.
How do you feel about the gowns above? A little too much for your pageant taste? Or just right with a couple of tweaks here and there?😉
According to Jonas Gaffud, several other local fashion designers have also joined forces to build the wardrobe of Miss World Philippines 2012 Queenierich Rehman for Miss World 2012. Apart from the fabulous evening gowns of Michael Cinco, several other pieces (both gowns and cocktail dresses) were already provided by:
Eric Delos Santos
This is what I call a concerted effort to bring out the best in our representative, while showcasing some of the best works from the more talented among our fast-rising fashion geniuses.
