He was welcomed by the Venezuela Vice Minister of International Tourism, Leticia Gomez and sashed by the Caballero Universal Presidente, Raenrra with the reigning Mr Caballero Universal 2021 from Spain at The Mare Mares Hotel Casino, Marina & Spa ( Punta dela Cruz ).
