“Would you like to know your future? If your answer is yes, think again. Not knowing is the greatest life motivator. So enjoy, endure, survive each moment as it comes to you in its proper sequence, a surprise.” – Vera Nazarian
At this point, the greatest motivator of Resham Ramirez Saeed of #Maguindanao is to win one of the Bb. Pilipinas crowns on June 9. If she does, then it will be a life-changing moment that she will embrace for the rest of her life.

In a news article released by Inquirer.net, the six-month closure of Boracay for rehabilitation might prompt the government – through the Department of Tourism – to make a bid to host Miss Universe 2019 after its re-opening.
Read the quoted news release below and share your thoughts afterwards, dear readers.
The Department of Tourism (DOT) may bid for the country’s hosting of the 2019 edition of the Miss Universe pageant as a way to reintroduce Boracay to the world once the six-month rehabilitation of the world-famous island has been completed.
Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo said in a government podcast that during a recent Cabinet meeting, President Rodrigo Duterte himself raised the idea of having Boracay host next year’s Miss Universe to help the island recover from expected revenue losses.
Teo said the DOT would be “very proud and happy” to showcase the island once it had recovered from the environmental damage it had suffered through the years.

Sixteen (16) enjoyed the hospitality and warmth of the paradise island, while twenty (20) are doing Vigan, another group having their City of Manila photoshoot and the rest still with their individual shoots at Conrad Manila.
Just last week, Ara hied off to sunny Boracay for a well-deserved holiday break. Of course, word got around that she was indeed spending more than a few days in the island. And so, the organizers of Mutya ng Kalibo 2016 hurriedly made arrangements for her to become a guest judge in the provincial beauty competition. That really added more prestige because she joined Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 Janicel Lubina in the panel.
Back to Ara now. She was seen sunbathing and showing off that enviable figure to everyone who happened to chanced upon her on the beach. I wish I was there. I’d love to spend a little more than short moments of talk with this enchanting Binibini. 😉
But since it’s summer and she’s on break, Laura agreed to a well-deserved break in Boracay which coincided with the #SmartSummer event of the telecoms company. It was a fun working vacation where she did hosting duties – something she does so well. It was like a fish-in-the-water engagement for her.
The more important concern, though, is if we shall see the pageant comeback of Laura sooner or later. I would be the first to express joy should the wish finally happen – be it within the 3rd Quarter or next year’s 1st Quarter.Where do you want Laura to take part in, dear readers? 😉

With the launching of the country’s two biggest TV network’s new station IDs, summer has definitely arrived in the hot tropical islands of the Philippines!

I wonder if TV5 will come up with their own as well…. 😉
