Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) fetes an exclusive send-off for Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold at the Monet Ballroom 2 of Novotel Manila Araneta City earlier today.
The gathering showered Arnold with love and support from her Binibini sisters, members of the press, and family and friends as she suits up for the 60th Miss International pageant at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Japan. A special message from BPCI Chairperson Stella Marquez-Araneta was also relayed to Arnold during the event.
During the send-off, Hannah thanked her fans and supporters, and expressed hope for support as she vies for the country’s 7th Miss International crown.

The 2022 edition of Miss International celebrates the pageant’s 60th anniversary with the campaign #BeautiesForSDGs. It will highlight 75 beautiful contestants from around the world as they help promote the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. The campaign aims to immerse Miss International candidates in spreading awareness, as well as actively taking part in SDGs initiatives in their own country or region.
Arnold, a forensic scientist from Masbate, is an ambassador of the country’s Department of Science and Technology. She is an advocate of science and education, and helps provide reading and writing materials to children in far-flung towns in the country. And recently, she joined the Academy of Rock to join its feeding program initiative and teach food management and production.
She is an HIV awareness advocate and a long-time partner of Love Yourself PH, a community of volunteers that provides free HIV testing, counseling, treatment, and life coaching.
Support Hannah Arnold in her quest to become the 60th Miss International by following her and the pageant on their social media pages. Download the Miss International mobile app (available on Apple Store and Google Play) and vote for her starting November 30 to help her secure a spot in the Top 15.

About Hannah Arnold’s Sustainable Development Goal #1
Sustainable Development Goal 1: End poverty in all forms everywhere.
I discovered today that by sharing knowledge with a stranger or teaching a skill to a relative, you can spark a new passion or hobby in them and can help create livelihood.
It’s a beautiful butterfly effect of working together through knowledge and it brings an opportunity to reset and bring back years of progress against poverty that was erased by Covid-19.
Sir Patrick (Mergano) and I realised that by sharing an activity we knew, of making liquid dishwashing soap, the attendees of todays workshop can now continue to make their own dishwashing soap for use in their homes, they can also teach their neighbours and/ or can even sell their products too.
What’s a skill or activity you know that you will pass on to someone else? 🫱🏻🫲🏽🫶🏼

#Shoutout to one of the sweetest ladies – our Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold:
#HappyBirthday❣️
May this year grant your most fervent wish.
Go-takou wo oinori-itashimasu! 😘
“Have you noticed how time slows down
When she passes by in her white feather gown
How the Air holds its breath
The water is mercury as she passes by.
And so she sails with ethereal grace
Unaware of her beauty in this watery place
Then, she sees me and glides my way
And sit’s besides me to make my day.”
– Poem by Anne Water field

When Hannah Arnold first joined Bb. Pilipinas last 2019, she was touted as one of the Binibinis most likely to win a crown. But it still wasn’t meant to be back then. Lessons were learned and trainings were leveled up in preparation for a return.
An agonizingly long wait followed. She did sign up for Bb. Pilipinas 2020 early last year. But due to the pandemic, the ensuing months became a mental battle. She had to go back to Australia where she patiently waited for conditions to improve. And her patience was rewarded last night – practically eighteen months after.
Our new Binibining Pilipinas International will now buckle up and start a different round of trainings anew for her date with destiny – this time in the Land of the Rising Sun where the new mission is to become the country’s 7th Miss International.
Congratulations❣️
