Patrik will proudly represent Tacloban City in Bb. Pilipinas 2017
It’s easy to remember your Binibini 38’s nickname amidst all the ladies in competition. She is the only one who answers to “Patrik”. But while that may sound too masculine for everyone, she is actually very feminine and charming in person. In fact, she owns such a magnetic smile that can catch your attention on any given public appearance. Let us watch her video interview first.

“Hi, my name is Ana Patricia Asturias. You would be surprised to know that my nickname is Patrik. I am a licensed Interior Designer and Cafe Restaurateur by profession. I will be representing Tacloban City in the competition. My journey in preparation for Binibining Pilipinas has taught me great lessons, not only for the pageant but in actual, real life. I am so inspired, thrilled and challenged for what’s in store.
This is the beginning of a new chapter of my life and I would like to make the most out of this platform and oppurtunity by sharing my story, my aspirations, and my personal advocacy; the last of which I consider very close to my heart. I am probably one of the first to ever represent Tacloban City, and I revel at the opportunity to make them proud.
The best thing about this experience is that I have already learned so much about myself this early-on. Compassion, perseverance and a positive attitude are what brought me this far; I know that these will take me further.”
Let us support Patrik in Bb. Pilipinas 2017!
Patrik will definitely make her way to your heart very soon. It’s only a matter of time before all their pre-pageant events will start reeling in. For now, I hope we can give her the chance to convince you of why she deserves to be part of the nationals. 🙂
Will world traveler Ana Patricia Asturias go for Bb. Pilipinas 2017?
Now here’s one fresh-faced lady I want to see suiting up for Bb. Pilipinas 2017 – a world traveler who goes by the uniquely-spelled nickname “Patrik” but is Ana Patricia Asturias in real life. She hails from Tacloban. Her photo grid above is just a sampling of pictures from her visits to Reykjavik, Japan, Milan, Venice and Barcelona. But more than visiting other countries, she really wants to be a pride of the country and a spokesperson for her personal advocacies. The nationals could be an effective route for that.

Here is more of 5’6″ Patrik and how she describes herself:
“My name is Ana Patricia Asturias. I introduce myself as Patrik, which is the nickname given by my parents for wanting their 3rd child to be a boy. I grew up in a big family living in the city of Tacloban where I lived a simple childhood. I then moved to manila to finish my college degree at the University of Santo Tomas. I can say that I’m happy to be able to do the things I have always wanted to do the last 5-10 years of my life; explore, discover myself and have fun, crazy and memorable experiences. I had friends who made fun of me all the time but love me at the same time, friends that turned into family.
I discovered that traveling and reading are the things I love and have occupied my spare time and has shaped me to be a person who is positive, deep and (silent) confident – the 3 best words I believe I could describe myself. No matter how bad the situation I’m in, I would always choose to see the silver lining. You can never live a positive life with a negative mind. Now, I’m a Licensed Interior Designer, a fully trained barista and partners with my mom in running a Cafe in my hometown which has been my favorite project for the past year. Coffee and Design are my forte and passion…… I aspire to do more and be more, and ill take every chance that passes me by as an oppurtunity. ❤️
So that is Patrik in (more than) a nutshell.
