Here are photos from yesterday’s Meet-and-Greet of Binibini Alexandra Faith Garcia with the pageant media at KF Camp.
Faith was at her happiest during the event. And she is more than ready to resume her journey towards a Bb. Pilipinas crown.
I wish her the best of luck. This beauty from Olongapo has paid her pageant dues for several years now. And it’s high time that she reaps the fruits of her patience and efforts.

Your #Binibini33 Alexandra Faith Garcia doesn’t have to do much to show her elegant ways. She just moves with refinement. And everything else follows.
Considering that this lady excelled as a professional triathlete in the past, she also has the discipline instilled in her system. Let’s hope the stars align in her favor.

Behold your #Binibini33 Alexandra Faith Garcia of Olongapo City in her Bb. Pilipinas National Costume created by Jorick Lopez Limpag:
THE LEGEND OF OLONGAPO
(Notes from the designer)
Ulo ng Apo, the symbolic name where the City of Olongapo started. The dove warrior is a costume inspired by the peace engraved by Apo in Olongapo, who was beheaded by treacherous tribe members. In the hand of the warrior is the ulo ng apo which empowers the maiden to impose a hand in hand call for peace in everyone.
The idea of the head piece worn by the lady came from the dove monument found in Olongapo city, designed with an arch laid with pearls, and the main symbol of peace, the dove, which was made with capis shells.
Down to the body, whose made from tinalak, and the shoulder propped with swaying pearls, symbolizing what the country is told, the Pearl of the Orient Sea.
A rallying cry is shown by the dove warrior, an excruciating shout for justice and fairness to all where equality is the main reason to live. The dove warrior calls for every modern Filipina to be the symbol of peace, like Apo who is a beloved and cherished leader.

Of the four batches of Binibinis for Bb. Pilipinas 2020, the last one is where I had the least difficulty splitting the ten into the upper and lower halves. I don’t want to say that this is the weakest, but with the quality of the ladies presented in the 2nd and 3rd groups, there are only enough spots to fill the semifinal placements if tomorrow night would happen to be the finals.
Be that as it may, #Binibini36 Vickie Rushton is the runaway leader in this pack. And rightfully so. She has the maturity and experience to lay down on the table for BPCI to see and appreciate. True, #Binibini33 Alexandra Faith Garcia is another veteran to contend with. Reason why she is my second in this lineup. If both ladies will stand side-by-side, the former can easily upend the latter physically. Q&A-wise, though, they are practically even.
#Binibini32 Danica Acuña is promising. She has the spunk in personality and knows how to make herself shine with ease. Her beauty is also very engaging on top of a sweet presence. Just like #Binibini38 Lesley Ticaro but with a more adorably ‘provinciana’ authenticity to her character.
#Binibini37 Alexangela Salvador, on the other hand, is the aggressor when it comes to public speaking. This young entrepreneur – who is now building her own hostel in Siargao among other places – is not about to give way to the tongue-tied or shy fellow candidates. She knows how to step up like a true youngblood of a businesswoman.
So there, who are your choices in the fourth and last batch, dear readers?
Cherry blossoms in June!
