Even before the COVID-19 Pandemic affecting more than 130 countries in the world today, cleanliness and proper hygiene are already musts in our daily living. It doesn’t require a medical professional or other healthcare workers to constantly remind everyone of the importance of frequent hand-washing. And now that the regular rubbing alcohols and hand sanitisers continue to be hoarded and out of stock everywhere, it leaves us with using the next best alternative and a more economical pair at that – soap and warm water.
According to an article written by Manal Mohammed of the University of Westminster, “Washing with warm water and soap remains the gold standard for hand hygiene and preventing the spread of infectious diseases. Washing with warm water (not cold water) and soap removes oils from our hands that can harbour microbes.”
Come to think of it, soap has always been our go-to solution in keeping our entire body clean – even the face I might add. And with a herbal soap, the results can be more effective because herbs contain natural antibacterial properties that work better than antibiotic chemicals. Psalmtre’s New Placenta Soap has all that and more. The product also provides whitening and anti-aging effect for the skin. More importantly, it is safe to use everyday.
New Placenta soap (and its other products) has been trusted by consumers for more than two decades now. The good thing is that it has two variants more suited for women (one with Papaya Extract and another one with Goat’s Milk) and New Placenta for Men (with Vitamin E and Korean Ginseng Extract).
Give it a try, just like its celebrity and pageant endorsers (like Stephany Stefanowitz, Mutya Datul and Alannis Reign Binoya) who swear to the effective results. I have also been using it at home for several years now. You won’t be disappointed.

Alannis Reign Binoya
You might remember her participation in previous editions of World’s Best Models – Philippines and Miss Mandaluyong. This young lady has truly leveled up since then. After graduating from José Rizal University with a degree in Tourism Management, she is now a Ground Stewardess with the country’s flag carrier – Philippine Airlines.
But let’s give the floor to Reign so she can briefly tell more about herself:
“I’m 22 years old and proudly representing Lian, Batangas. I started my affinity with beauty pageants at an early age and has never stopped since. All throughout college, I have represented JRU in school pageants and have managed to win a few crowns in the process.
It is my dream to be a beauty queen because I know that it will pave the way for my other goals to materialize.”
Watch out for this lovely Batangueña who I envision to be screening for the nationals with a touch of class and elegance.
