Here is a farewell message from Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi before she crowns her successor tomorrow night:
“It was never a walk in the park, as some people would think. It’s not just about the fierce walk, killer poses, and sultry image. Underneath all the things that people see are hours upon hours of hard work.
The journey was an emotional rollercoaster, where I faced criticism, rejection, and self-doubt. I wouldn’t have it any other way, for it led me to self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. Sure it was difficult, but it helped me overcome my fears, confront my insecurities, and it pushed me to be the best version of my self.
Thanks to all the people who supported me and believed in me. All this time, I didn’t wear the crown alone, I wore it together with all the people who helped me to get to where I am today.
And I couldn’t be more grateful.”

Rbonney will be proud.
I wish her the best of luck on whatever endeavor she will take
Just a thought…
Celeste represented us well no matter what the results were at the Miss Universe Pageant. She deserves more respect and attention than what MUPH is affording her now that she is about to relinquish her crown. She has not been receiving a fair share of exposure and importance as what Anne and R’bonney are getting.
I would like Vera to win MUP
I hope they raise the age limit so she can qualify
