When you’re a Life Coach, Financial Wealth Planner, Digital & Media Account Executive, Beauty Queen and Environmental Advocate, chances are that you can accomplish more things than what an average individual can achieve in a lifetime.

Such is the summation of the young life of 26 year-old Nicolle Lagera who is now representing the Filipino Community of California USA in Miss Philippines Earth 2023. A Pampanga-Ilocano descent nurtured her growing-up years. Standing 5’5”, she had her first taste of pageantry back in 2015 when she took part in Miss Teenager Universe in Panama where she was awarded as Miss Teenager Universe Asia. Afterwards, she focused on her studies and graduated with a degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from the College of Saint Benilde.

Nicolle joined the pageant to build an ideal platform to inspire and influence a wider audience to make a difference. She wants to forge meaningful connections with like-minded individuals who share her passion for making a positive impact on the planet. Having fostered a deep passion for environmentalism at a young age, she strives to lead by example and inspire others through her sustainable and low-impact lifestyle choices.

Given her advocacy centering on the
promotion and implementation of Green Cities, she wants to start by encouraging the use of sustainable transportation for reduced traffic congestion and air pollution. Along with it, she is open to working with local government units to build more parks and gardens to lessen urban heat island effects and improve the quality of life of Filipinos.

This #EarthWarrior clearly did her homework, and is on the right track to prove herself worthy of a good place in this year’s competition.
