I will cut to the chase. The 60th Miss International is a neck and neck battle between Tatiana Calmell del Solar of Peru and Hannah Arnold of the Philippines. The way I see it, they both exude the brand’s template and would do wonders for the organization should either of them become the successor of Sireethorn Leearamwat.
Adding two more names to the fray – Zoya Afroz of India and Julianna Ro of Spain – will just strengthen the tent poles, but the focus will still return to Tati and Hannah in my opinion.
In my forecasted Top 15 above, I included three (3) possible givens. These are the ladies who are likely to have topped the popularity voting as of last uploaded count. And they are Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh of Vietnam for Asia/Oceania, Stephany Amado of Cabo Verde for Africa/Europe and the Peruvian beauty for the Americas. I already expected the first two to make it to the first cut regardless.
As for my remaining selections, there are Natalia Lopez Cardona of Colombia, Jasmin Selberg of Germany, Adela Maderycova of the Czech Republic and Cindy May McGuire of Indonesia who may act as spoilers.
And for those bringing up the rear in my grid, let’s see if anyone among Yuridia Duran of Mexico, Corrin Stellakis of the USA, Paola Gonzalez Torres of Puerto Rico, Maya Albert of France and Oceane Bellow of Togo can spring a surprise.

What a fantastic batch of women for MI’s comeback! They have so many worthy candidates to choose from but I hope Hannah clinches it for us on finals night.
Ms. Peru would be very deserving as well but she has to tone down the sexiness even more as she’s bordering on a Ms. Universe style of presentation.
There are a bunch of doll-like beauties in this batch, so I won’t expect, but I do hope that Hannah would clinch our 7th MI crown.
Basing on her performance, I found that Hannah fought tooth and nail alongside Peru, India, Mexico, Colombia, France, etc. in the pre-pageant activities. Ah, it’s a tough competition.
If Hannah won’t win, I don’t think she’d join another national. After all, she is molded for International to perfection. If Peru won’t win, I wish she would join Miss Universe Peru.
That’s all.
Peru scares me in a good way. She is a real threat but with sash factor and geographical advantages, Hannah might just pull it off.
Peru should try Miss World or Miss U as she has that beauty that transcends.
