  1. What’s the point of this contest? Any dictionary defines bikini as a skimpy two-piece swimwear, hence contrived and cringey this may seem, the one who looks the best in a bikini should win this – plain and simple. It’s like watching the erstwhile Miss Hawaiian Tropic International all over again. If they judge the winners confusingly and pretentiously like any other beauty pageant with advocacies and the usual Q & A, they better rename it. That having said, if bikini is all there is, that olive-skinned and very shapely girl from Ilocos Sur should have bagged the top prize.
