Actress and Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maria Mika Maxine Medina (or 4M if you will) with her special someone Timmy Llana (a PADI Divemaster).

  2. Quite sad that Maxine and model-actor Marx Topacio broke up 4 years ago after 7 years of being in a relationship. Many people thought that they would still end up at the altar — only for her to have a relationship right away with her now fiancé. Some things are just not meant to be.
