  1. No. Ordinary face. And average height. Second photo was her best shot (natural, fresh, mowhdel- mowhdel) until I saw the rubber shoes with six inch heels, tacky. Lol.

    Third photo was the worst.

    World Peace.

  2. The 2nd and 3rd pics absolutely amazing
But since the first and last pics are not so good, I would like to see how she talks and struts the stage

  3. Well, I think in Luzon (non-NCR), Pangasinan has been the only one thus far that has sent reps consistently since the beginning (of MUP, in 2020).

    2020 – Nina Soriano
    2021 – Maureen Wroblewitz
    2022 – Ivylou Borbon

(Ang COOL ng mga surnames so far – Borbon, Caro, Braza!)

Unless, of course, the ‘Pampanga~Angeles City’ tag team resurfaces…

2020 – Patricia Mae Santos & Cole Silvernale
2021 – Mirjan Hipolito was ‘City’
    2022 – ??

‘Yung ‘Pampanga’ last year na originated in Basilan, I hope she tries at BBP kasi she got lots of LGU support. Naalala ko tuloy si Perlyn Cayona… LOVE. Ginawan pa ng tarp ng Barangay niya.

It will be interesting to see how the KUMU ‘jewels’ scheme will determine who makes the Roster. Or, kapag member ba ng major camp like A&Q or KF, guaranteed na’ng pasok sa jar? So, ‘yung mga Independents at Walk-Ins lang ang ma-sa-sideline?

    • Flor two of your favorite girls should do the following:

      1. Galeria – lessen the exoticism (styling, skin shade, etc.) because majority of Filipino pageant fans and judges do no like/favor too exotic/ethnic looking contenders (like Rabajante, Dumaguing, etc.); and

      2. Piczon – repackage and rebrand to look less “Chinese” such as having bigger eyes (make up) and big curls. No low bun please, too boring. And exciting wardrobe (just like Tracy Perez).

      Thanks Flor.

        1. Parang sinabi mo na rin’g huwag sumali sina Lesley Ticaro at Honey Be Parrenas. OK, but how do you feel about Jashmin Dimaculangan? I imagine she’s typical ‘maputing Pilipina’ na medyo may pagka-Kanluranin. I think she’s quite pretty actually. But maybe marami na’ng ka-hitsura..?..

I get that Filipinos, in general, are Western-centric in terms of what they consider beautiful. Just look at how we went ape for Bethany Talbot!

But foreigners often remind us that we should make more effort to send reps that resemble the majority, a fair representation of our phenotype. Even @ scorg has mentioned this.

        2. In that first photo (in the dedicated post) at the hut, she certainly doesn’t look ‘Chine’. As for wardrobe, I think she used to work for Kenneth Cobonpue (Cebuano furniture designer of global acclaim), so you can imagine that kahit paano she has some sort of access to the jet set, hence nice clothes. Just like (beep!) last year, of whom one of us commented that being friends with a former MWP (once married to the son of a construction magnate) meant a classy closet.

Let’s just see how they fare.

        1. Hanggang kaya at gusto nina Ticaro at Parennas na sumali, go lang. Kaya lang baka matulad din sila sa kinahinatnan mina Rabajante at Dumaguing. Jashmin Dimaculangan is very promising. But she needs to hone further her pageant skills to be more competitive.

Flor huwag kang maniwala dyan sa mga foreigner na yan (kung sino man sila). PARA NA RIN NILANG SINABI NA PANGIT ANG IPADADALA NATIN. WE ARE a COUNTRY of MULTIRACIAL and/or BIRACIAL PEOPLE, SO WE HAVE MYRIAD of LOOKS. Pakialaman at diktahan ba naman tayo. Ang imong friend is also an er-ang (& hypocrite)… He, he, he..

        2. Piczon? Ewan…

        Pasensya na Flor. Maayong gabii.
