  1. I am more afraid now for Maureen than Emmanuelle. Mau should be as hopeful as possible. Be always as positive as Pua and Janine and the rest of the past Binibini winners. Mau is very transparent, and you can really tell if she’s down or miffed, or tired. This is when the Filipino “pasensya at tiyaga” is supposed to kick in. Don’t give up, ang lapit na. It’s within your reach kung gusto mo. Pray for your win, huwag mawalan ng loob. 👑💐💗

    MALI AND DISKARTE NIYA, SANA NOONG SUMALI SIYA SA MISS WORLD, NAG ACES AND QUEENS SIYA, MAS MALAKI ANG CHANCES NIYANG MANALO FOR MISS WORLD PHILIPPINES.

    • @ PAQUITA X She WAS with Aces & Queens in 2018. Di ba nga, nung coronation sa Eco-International (that guy from CNN Philippines was host, I AGAIN forgot his name!) nagka-awkward-awkward-an sila ni Thia (who was KF) onstage?…

      RESIDENCY ang real issue ni Maureen, it seems.

      Kailan ba siya nag-MUSA? Kasi, di ba nag-CTS siya? Kasabay pa niya yung na-DQ sa BBP 2016 na model from A&Q at imbiyernang-imbiyerna nga si Mr. Jonas Gaffud… Kim Ross de los Santos!

      (Also at that CTS batch is the reigning Miss Aura International, Alexandra Faith Garcia.)

      2017-2019… Is the time frame in question. At that time, the MUP franchise was with BPCI. PERO, they require residency. BUT, MWP apparently is not very strict in that regard, so dun muna sumali.

      Nung finally puwede na mag-BBP, eksakto namang nalipat ang MUP kina Jonas et al. At KF na.

      • James Deakin. Took me almost two days to remember! And if it didn’t just suddenly pop up in my mind, di ko pa naalalang may ‘pending’ ako dito. The worm in my tummy exacts a steep toll, lolz.

  7. Kulang sagot niya sa tanong ni MGGuyana. She forgot to answer the ‘and why’. Maureen only said what has changed in the last thirty years… She didn’t say WHY THE CHANGE? Or, WHY THAT CHANGE, IN PARTICULAR?

    Ganyan talaga pag Head-2-Head. Mahirap ma-slay lahat ng tanong, coming as they are in rapid succession. You’re bound to insufficiently articulate 1 out of 3… Like Dindi in Poland last August.

    4th RU – Rowee Lucero (2020), 3rd RU – Nichole Manalo (2016), 2nd RU – Leren Mae Bautista (2019), 1st RU – Nelda Ibe (2017). Ann Colis crown (2015).

    Only 2018 did we ‘take a rest’ with Mitch Gumabao’s semifinal placement. Hhhmmmmm…..

    I can’t see well enough into the future yet… I will await to see how Miss Disco Queen & Miss Bikini sub-events pan out. I think Maureen already did well at Miss Talent Show. Played ukelele?

  9. Sayang, sana sa mas higher tier pageants ang napuntahan mo gurl dahil kayang-kaya mong magcompete on a higher level at manalo. Bagay sayo ang tanong ni Ms. Guyana. You’re a sleeping princess before but absolutely an awakened queen now ready to rule a Kingdom.

    • @ Lemontree Nothing we can do. INIWAS SIYA NG TADHANA na maka-compete sa BIG. We already know the entire BBP~MWP ‘fiasco’. We all know the timeline already, the disputes, etc.

      (And just as her chance to nab BBP-Universe came, nalipat naman franchise kina Jonas et al.)

      MWP 2018 was her chance for a BIG. Too bad for her, Katarina Rodriguez was in the way.

      BBP-International? Granted she displaced Hannah Arnold, NAG-SWAP SILA, SI MAUREEN ANG NAWALAN NG INTERNATIONAL PAGEANT KASI NGA NAG-CANCEL ANG MI THIS YEAR.

      Tas, si Hannah ang nasa Albania ngayon. Mdme. Mias Sta. Ana Pilar-Alcantara, if you recall, wished for Hannah! LOLLOLZZZZ.
