Vincy Vacalares of Cagayan de Oro City pushes it further. She is definitely showing us a sharper and more focused version of her #phenomenal self for Miss Universe Philippines.

  3. Clearly, this is a wig and this was a pre-departure (for Hilton Clark) shoot. It’s unlikely Vincy just had her hair ‘did’; there may be a clause in their contract with MUPO leading up to the Finale that they cannot make major/dramatic changes in physical appearance (for sponsorship reasons, maybe).

    At least it’s a future styling direction she may consider, judging from the generally favorable comments.

  5. she’s moving up fast in my list , definite top 10 … cheek bones , legs , bangs , attire color all work for her and I am sure she is statuesque and tall at least 5’8 in person ….

    • The CDO and Mis Or girls so far are pageant acceptable height. Veronilla- 5″6 Falconer- 5″61/2 Obeñita- 5″7 1/2 then this girl. Bongga Diba.

    • Falconer is 5″6 1/2. Standing side by side with Maureen wearing the same heels, I’m shocked that 1/2 is noticeable since mas matangkad tingnan si Chella. 😂
