Behold your #Binibini24 Lovely Mercado of Roxas, Isabela in her Bb. Pilipinas National Costume created by Roy Aquino:
(Notes from the designer)
This is inspired by the gown of Doña Trinidad Roxas, former First Lady when she was a carnival Queen of the Philippine Carnival of 1920.
The town of Roxas, Isabela was the FIRST Town named in honor of Pres. Manuel Roxas.

Her team could have borrowed the gown Vice Ganda worn during Star Magic ball.
Again, ditch the train. Headpiece? Nope. A really nice ear-cuff, though, would be great.
Kahit all-white, a straightforward “baro’t-saya” with the already-there “tapis” is enough.
OR, ‘ETO DAPAT ANG GINAWA’NG “UBE-MACAPUNO” – white with violet-purple trim. 🙂
Wow, way to suck-up to the organization…
Meh.. 6 stars
