If you ask me, it is high time that the Miss Earth crown goes to the African Continent. They send some of the smartest and most environmentally-attuned Eco Angels. And the four below are no pushovers. I would love to see any one of them shoot for the title all the way.
They are Lungo Katete of South Africa, Gwenivere Ifeanyieze of Nigeria, Aya Kadjo of Cote D’Ivoire and Fridah Kariuki of Kenya. Strengths are based on their Earth Talk discussions and individual performances in different events during the past month.
Will one of them become the rightful successor to be crowned #MissEarth2020?
South Africa, Ghana and Nigera – any of these ladies should place in the top 20
They should have crowned that black barbie girl from Dominican Republic instead of Karla Henry..
@ Closer2Fame Miriam Odemba of Tanzania? 🙂
Oh yeah from Tanzania… and there was another one from Dominican Republic… Same Peg/looks as a Miss Colombia Universe a few decades ago..
Haaaaays. It should have been Tanzania in 2008 and Sandra Seifert in 2009. Perfect combo. Imagine that with 2010 going to Nicole Faria.
True!
Miss Kenya’s costume is very imaginative. The creative use of leaves makes her a veritable nymph inhabiting the African rainforest. This type of costume is what I expect Miss Earth candidates to showcase– made of indigenous natural materials.
