I will endeavor to give the less talked-about ladies their share of the spotlight in this blog. On my FB and IG social media accounts, I have already given a lot of them adequate exposure.
So let’s begin with this lovely phenomenal woman representing Misamis Oriental. Caroline Veronilla is a Magna cum Laude graduate of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan with a degree in Development Communication major in Development Journalism last 2015. She was also recipient of the Dux Gregis Award for Sowing Young Leaders for Service during Magis Awards 2015.
A staunch advocate of World Vision Philippines where she is a Donor Education Specialist, Caroline has always had children’s welfare in the core of her charitable activities. In fact during this quarantine period, she was able to organize a fund-raiser to help provide school materials to more than twenty children in World Vision Communities.
“…Our simple gifts will definitely inspire them to value their education and persevere in school. I am also hopeful that by supporting children, we can increase youth participation and engagement in local, national, and global levels – a factor crucial in ensuring that programs and processes are inclusive and appropriate for young people.”
“As I continue to serve vulnerable children, I hold on to the idea that their stories need to be heard so they can have the opportunity to make their dreams come true. I vow to use my platform to encourage meaningful storytelling and conversations that will bring us to work together for their benefit…”
Caroline is also actively promoting the latest tourism campaign of her province called #ExploreMisOrMore where she focuses on one beautiful local destination at a time to familiarize people on what they can experience and explore in the place.

Staunch social advocates like Caroline Veronilla and Sigrid Flores are “trained to win” hearts and minds. Evidently, the core values that spawned their social activism are the source of their spiritual strength. With some creative reinforcements from brand story-telling of real life experiences, this spiritual strength can easily transform into images of invincibility. If Caroline and Sigrid can add a perceptual sense of invincibility into their personal brands, this beautiful transformation can place them into the niche where Michele is currently the sole occupant– strong and invincible!
She is my senior in DevCom. Sobrang mabait, friendly and approachable. She is well-respected too. I am really glad she joined. I remember telling her (and even other students) that she should join BBP (back then, it was still under the said organization) as she has what it takes to become Miss Universe, beauty and advocacy wise.
Thank you for this feature, Tito Norman! ❤
You’re welcome, drx!
It’s a welcome move to feature the less-talked-about ladies! Caroline is a perfect example of a less-hyped but very deserving of a crown. After knowing more about her, and discovering her outstanding multidimensional beauty, she has moved up in my list as one of the Final 5. Misamis Oriental must be very proud of her. Along with Sigrid Flores of Catanduanes, she now occupies my top slot in the advocacy criteria, the indicator of one’s social empathy and compassion. These two core values, I beleive, should now largely define the universal queen in this pandemic-striken world. With sterling scholastic achievement and a refreshing queenly aura, I will not be surprised if she will be up there slugging it out for the top plum.
I hope to see more features about other less-hyped candidates. I’m sure there will be more surprises.
naka veneers ba siya? I noticed yung bigkas ng letter s ay merong “sh” sound.
pero anyway, definitely maganda siya.
She is pretty and intelligent but she needs some toning of her muscles. They still lack definition.
Guys, rightmost in the group photo of beauty queens is Cinderella Obenita…
… and do check out EXPLORE MISOR MORE! You know who did just that? Senator Miguel Zubiri and lovely wife-y, Audrey Tan-Zubiri. Juices! Migz has aged very gracefully. In silver hair and facial lines, he is even much more yummy now. He exudes the aura of a silver-back alpha-male gorilla 🙂
Mr. Tinio, I will assume Atty. Saclot is the AP for MisOr and CDO City… Did he shell out the two franchises out of his (own) pocket? Or, is he merely figurehead and it is actually the Provincial Government through its “discretionary-auxiliary” funds that shouldered the fees? Full LGU support?
CDO’s AP is Jory Rivera.
So we attended the same school. Back then, Dev Com was a major under Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. I think I’m going to root for her as well
Caroline Veronilla is one of the less-hyped candidates who may steal the thunder from the front runners. She has a superior intellect, solid advocacy, and a lovely physique. @Flor was right for rooting for her all along. Good luck, Caroline!
I like her Cream Silk pictures.
Ang ganda, right? 😊
Yes Norman, ang ganda ng kanyang Cream Silk pictures. Kilala mo ako, pag PANGIT SASABIHIN KO TALAGA KATULAD KAY… Huwag na. Pag maganda, of course, I would appreciate it/them.
