There are two Cebuanas – both named #Phoebe – whom I’d like to see make the beeline for the national pageant this year or next.
Phoebe Liong (with long black hair above) is a young beauty in her late teens who could make waves with her looks that spell freshness with a clean exotic quality.
Phoebe Godinez, on the other hand, is one who has slowly built a modeling-cum-pageant career in regional Cebu. Years back, I was witness to her crowning as Binibining Toledo 2017 before taking part in Binibining Cebu the same year.
Will these ladies level up for 2020/2021?

How about you, Sir? Would you take on either the Paranaque City or Hagonoy (Bulacan) sash? Or, why not both if you are feeling really lucky? Just once, be a franchisee and not media for a change? Or, why not find a financier, with you as their figurehead? Maybe they wish to remain incognito… Like The Camp, which prefers to move about in utter discretion, like owls at midnight.
