  1. Perfect! Hannah is very Miss Globe! Kasing boring niya kasi magsalita yung pageant. Ganoin!

  2. Aim high Miss Globe…NOT gonna happen.

We gave you our most beautiful and hardworking candidate last year and yet what did you do to her….hihihihih

  3. She needs to go to the gym to bulk up her upper body for a sexier hour glass figure….

That way, both parties ay masaya at the end of the day.

    • @ Binibining Pilipinas 2020 Last year, that “MI rep” specified Emma and Patch in addition to Vickie.

Bb saw Emma fit for IC and Vicky was obviously out of the winning circle.

  6. Of course, any beauty pageant organization would love a top pageant girl assigned to them. It is no doubt that in this BbP batch, Hannah Arnold is on top of the game considering her exquisite doll-like beauty and modest demeanor.

For me, Hannah fits BbP International. That’s all!

  7. Remember when Nawat came to attend Bb. Pilipinas 2018?

He wanted to Catriona to be sent to MGI. He even attended the closed door deliberation. Only to be given Eva Patalinjug.

It is NOT a guarantee that what the Organizer wants, the Organizer gets!

At the end of the day, the Judges alone will decide the placements.

    • for me. i really find unfair and unprofessional na ung president ng international pageants ang pipili sa magiging representative ng bawat bansa. deliberation nga unfair na they should follow the judges score. Pero since marami titles sa bbp advantage din naman kahit papano kase makakapili ang ND kung anong title bagay each winners. pero deliberation should apply only on pageants with many titles. not pageants with only one titles.

    • @ jed I would imagine madali lang sa munisipyo kung, for example, within the family (lang) ang transfer.

Ang mahirap kasi, kapag later on i-di-dispose mo ‘yung property ta’s hindi relative ‘yung buyer, marami’ng hihingin sa ‘yo and that’s when you find out all these things — tax, tax, tax,….

Can you get a duly-licensed real estate agent to help you with the legwork? They know all these “matters” and can help you work something out. Kung close friends pa kayo, i-libre mo na lang afterwards as compensation for services rendered. 🙂

      • @Flor thanks for the answers. you came on my mind thats why i also asked here. Actually sister ng mother ko ang seller. we are not aware sa expiration ng deeds so when i saw the calculation form made by the BIR employee umabot ng 30k. bukod sa malaki na dame processing and the land that was about to transfer has no title yet. Pero okay lang talaga na sa munisipyo ipa transfer? and nag ka record na kaya us sa bir sa onett since nagpa compute kami computerized ang calculation form then inilagay pa tax declaration number.

      • FT sweetie, if I may intercept…

Whether the transfer is between members of a family, such as selling the property to other member/s or thru a settlement of an estate (when a member of the family dies leaving a property subject to inheritance), the same needs payment of the Capital Gains Tax (or Donor’s tax if the selling price is considerably lower than the zonal value of the property) and Estate Tax, respectively.

Unfortunately, our Tax law requires tax payment on any transfer of property of considerably great value. But, that’s how we pay due to our government under the Protection-Benefit Theory. Taxation is the lifeblood of the government, without which it cannot run effectively. Kaloka.

        That’s all!

    • Hi Jed,

Going directly to a municipal hall to fix land title transfer means resorting to a wrong process and a bigger problem will ensue thereafter. A municipal hall or somebody from there doesn’t process land title transfer. You only go to the Municipal Assessor’s Office to get the land or any improvement thereon assessed (for purposes of real estate payment by the transferee) after settling tax payment at the BIR regional office and before going to RD for title transfer.

Payment for the Capital Gains and Documentary Stamp Taxes of the property conveyed thru Deed of Absolute Sale at the BIR is a must. It should be made within 30 days following the execution of the deed, failing which would incur you a penalty (just like what happened to your case). Others are able to negotiate the late payment penalty at the BIR desks, but I advice you not to blatantly exhaust it. Ask the officer of the day if BIR could legally condone the penalty.

      Beautifully yours,
      AW

      • @Anna thanks too. yung lupa din kase na ipapatransfer sa name namin is hinde sya sa bir inayos noon tht was fixed before sa munsipyo nung ipinagbili ng tito ko lupa nya so naparte parte ung manang lupa sa mga kapatid ng mother ko. so may kanya kanyang TD sila. so ibinenta samin ng tita ko ung lupa nya. now if sa bir kami magpa transfer pano kaya yon kase ung lupang ipapatransfer samin is wala record sa bir kase hinde doon inayos ang lupa or ung tax declaration. sa munisipyo pinaayos. what can you advice to me?

      • i am realy having a trauma right know caused of over thinking for my mom and my family. for the possibilities. it made me more dramatic cause never in my life na nakahelp ako after i graduated on college due to my health. i have ashtma and hearing impaired. i stayed always on our house since my mom needs my care. and this problem came. wala kase kami alam sa process noon ang alam eh ok na sa munisipyo. but now sa bir pala. we want a legally process now pero nakakapag alala pa din since the land that about to transfer was not fixed on bir before. it was fixed on munisipyo. so baka ma question. nag oover think ako. i hope maayos namin to at mapakiusapan sila. at hinde kami mapahamak. really cant stop thinking. i miss those days that i am not crying. enjoying life even sa house lang and checking and being excited on pageant matters and events. yan lang ang pampatanggal stress ko. lucky all of you who is smart and naka help na sa Family nyo.

      • @ jed What you need is someone who can help you. Someone who knows all these things. My relative eventually ended up enlisting the services of a lawyer, using up retirement and life savings to have everything updated (kasi nga you cannot transfer unless everything is updated) and that meant FINALLY RIGHTING ALL THE WRONGS, if you catch my drift.

        Mahirap kung ikaw mismo gagawa.

Pera…. And @ Ana Winter is right. Work WITH the BIR, not against them.

    • @ Jonalyn Hernandez So, itatali mo muna siya ng kontrata for at least a year’s worth of perks and publicity….

And then, po, what do you intend for her to do?

Bear in mind ‘yung dediacted post ni Mr. Tinio kay Hannah dati, her family was reluctant to allow her a second shot at pageantry due to financial constraints. And while she obviously has no shortage of sponsors/offers now, free or otherwise, and modelling jobs to fuel her literal and figurative fire, the point is — THIS ONE NEEDS TO COUNT ALREADY, somehow.

She had a lean “Team” at first. Now, she’s a camp girl (A&Q)….

Would protracting her pageant career increase her market value? If so, explain how within twenty (20) seconds, after which you will hear the bell (TW-WANG!!!) which means your time is up. 🙂

We are all products of our decisions, but there is still destiny. I wish Miss Hannah the best sa darating na pageant night.

  9. Mr. Norms may say ba ms globe sa winner since angkol can choose his miss grand ph

He is seeking a Latina like bod

      • @ bonsaihater So, kailangan talaga natin makita ‘yung Swim shoot…. (the one with “sakura”).

If Angkol wants KF (like Clenci), Samantha (I want Maureen to attempt matching Katrina Jayne Dimaranan’s Polish performance, if not exceed it). If A&Q (like Nicole Cordovez),…..

        Hhmmm……

…. whomever is HOTTER between the Ilocana and the Mindanaoan. Let straight guys choose. 🙂

      • Maureen has the Latina body Angkol is looking for… Maureen’s background is also ideal… and hopefully she had more than enough trainning to excel at her speech and Q&A during the finals.

      • @ Closer2Fame Very well.

Basta, NOT ALL THREE. Only two.

Anyway, KF still has MPE (practically) to themselves.

Mdme. SMA needs to play the role of fair mother, portioning meager resources to all her children.

(I really hate Maureen. Watch the TV interview after her MWP stint and you will see what I mean. And her Eco-International stint, I did not bother with. Do you recall that “incident” wherein Thia Thomalla practically gives her the cold shoulder at the coronation of the new queen? Back then, Maureen was still with A&Q. I hope her transfer to KF, now at the end of her pageant chapter at 27, pays off.)

LOL we’ve sent caliber binibinis even after ann colis. pero.. anong nangyari? lalo na with leren? LOL di ba..

    • @ MrManila Wish lang naman ni Biday Pilar (this is how @ bong700 refers to her). 🙂

‘Di ba nu’ng year ni Nichole Manalo (2016), nu’ng nanalo si Dimples Patel ng India, nag-judge si Angkol? Just saying.

‘Ala! Hannah is now PRIME REAL ESTATE. @ Fabian Reyes was right all along; A&Q should have “sheltered” her first. Ta’s next year, showdown ulit sila ni Atty. Patitay, only this time with Pat Babista’s DLSU Magna Cum Laude ammunition to spoil the “fun”.
