Get to know your #Binibini21 #PaulineAnneCordero through her professional name and a decade of life spent on the runway.
You can also call Pauline by how she is known by most – Anne Barker. She is aged 27, a native of the Province of Isabela and graduate of the Far Eastern University with a degree in BS Tourism Management.
She started modelling at age 16 and with a towering height that is just a tad short of 6 feet tall, it is no wonder that she has been booked by designers and fashion show organizers ever since. Right after college, she spent most of her time taking jobs in Asian countries where she needed to establish herself again.
Anne was able to work with some famous designers like Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs. She also closed a show for Ivan Gunawan – an Indonesian designer – where she was his muse for the show. She also took part in the long-running Philippine Tapestry which promoted and showcased the creations of Renee Salud in places like London, Canada, Germany, New York, Las Vegas and Dubai.
As a private individual, Anne is an advocate of Animal Welfare. She strongly opposes animal cruelty. She started to adopt 2 dogs 4 years that grew in number to 8 at the moment. She is also a heralder of Clean Water Philippines which helps provide clean and safe water to drink in far-flung areas.
Suffice it to say, being chosen as one of the candidates of Bb Pilipinas is a dream come true. This is something which got stalled two years back but she feels that this is the right time for her to finally become a #Binibini.
The 50-year old beauty organization – Mutya ng Pilipinas – announces its new management led by media celebrity and women empowerment advocate Cory Quirino as its President.
Ms. Quirino brings with her six successful years in pageantry having produced outstanding winners including one major international crown.
Fred Yuson, Chairman of Mutya ng Pilipinas, revealed the strategic move as “one which will positively secure the future of the organization.”
Quirino shared, “In the search for the Hometown Girl, we at Mutya intend to give every young lady who dreams of having a crown on her head and a chance to be discovered.”
Instrumental in bridging Mutya closer to aspiring candidates was the signing of an MOU with the Liga ng mga Barangay headed by Kapitana Eden Pineda under the auspices of DILG Usec. for Barangay Affairs, Martin Diño.
“Wherever the Filipina is and whatever hometown she resides in, whether here or abroad, we extend a warm invitation to her to become a member of the Mutya ng Pilipinas family”, announced Cory Quirino.
Meanwhile, the official search of Mutya ng Pilipinas begins on April 2019. Coronation night is set for August, 2019.
Get to know your #Binibini30 Resham Ramirez Saeed through her young life as an all-around sportsperson.
One of the more unique details about Rae is that – from the young age of 12 – she used to swim competitively. Not only that, she was a member of all sports teams: basketball, soccer and baseball. During Grade 11-12, she was even a member of the wrestling team. All sport commitments imbued in her the ability to work well with others, how to be a leader and – up to her adult years – how to be a genuine people’s person.
Rae works well under pressure. She has always forged her own path. Being the eldest and only daughter among three 3 brothers has led her to be very opinionated. She is quite vocal about what she strongly believes in. Creating influence and having a open heart is something she had to always practice for the sake of her siblings.
Will this Fil-Pakistani representative of Maguindanao be able to influence the alignment of her stars in Bb. Pilipinas 2019?

At 19, she graduated, took the board examinations and became a Registered Nurse. More than fluorishing as a storyteller, she aspires to become a “Doctor to the Barrios” because coming from Sorsogon, she has seen the struggles of her kababayans to gain access to basic healthcare.
In her own way, this #Binibini wants to make a difference in the lives of others and raise awareness for Mental Health.
Get to know your #Binibini9 Melba Ann Cara Trinidad Macasaet through her fight for the #HemophiliaBill and against the misuse of antibiotics.
Pageant-wise, Mae-Ann has been joining pageants since the age of 15. Back in 2010, she was named Miss Silka Philippines 2nd runner up. But more than the mission to win a national beauty crown, she has a deeper cause close to her heart as a professional.
This Dumaguetenia works at her local government office. As a Licensed Pharmacist, she is passionate about generating awareness of antibiotic misuse. And as part of the Hemophilia Advocates of the Philippines – a patient organization that helps patients with hemophilia – she also continues to generate awareness about hemophilia, while helping push for the passage of the hemophilia bill – a measure seeking government funding and the establishment of treatment centers for persons with bleeding disorders nationwide.
This #Binibini has surely targetted her advocacy – something that can be feasible in these Pre-Election times.
