  1. Merry Christmas everyone!

Thank you to all the supporters of our beauty queens for making our reps competitive and the competitions entertaining as well.

Norman, maraming salamat sa blog mo. Dito kami nagko converge para ma i express namin ang aming passion sa pageants. I don’t think you will retire early given all the love you are receiving. Hehehe.

    God bless everyone!

  2. Merry Christmas! I went into hibernation for sometime when this blog had been invaded by foul-mouthed commenters and mutant trolls and transformed it into a toxic dustbin of hateful verbiage. I tiptoed back seeing that the dirt and invectives hurled back and forth across its cyberspace have been minimized. As I greet Norman and everyone a very Merry Christmas, my wish is for positivity rule our lives for the coming year. This blog site has contributed to the development of Philippine pageantry, and perhaps the world’s. Let us fortify that status by continuously making it a reservoir of civility and goodwill, despite our divergent opinions. Let us live up to the title of “beauty powerhouse” by being confidently beautiful in thoughts and in deeds. Life is short, as one commenter keeps on reminding us. Let us celebrate only the good, the true and the beautiful. Again, Maligayang Pasko from my adoptive foreign country

    • Having you back is a whiff of fresh air Scorg. You were the best commenter in this blog. Yong iba like pabyan feelingera lang. The likes of Jorsel atbp pa di na talaga bumalik. Hopefully you won’t leave again. Happy New Year.

      • Thank you. After a day’s stressful work, this is the only blog I read that eases out the tedium of my daily grind in the corporate jungle. If I read this blog at 6 pm in my workplace, it is 1 am in Manila. I don’t always react to issues, but if I do, I make it a point not to antagonize anyone. Despite this, I still get my share of nasty and vulgar reactions from some commenters. I simply don’t dignify their comments with a rebuttal. Although I must admit it is sometimes hard to digest the foul language thrown at me, being somebody up there in the corporate hierarchy. I simply rationalize it as the price of anonymity in a territory much different from the business community. Happy New Year.

I hope Wynwyn runs for MUP next yr . She is very well-spoken and yet humble at Di pikon . Her vast experience in showbiz and pageantry is a big plus . She will dazzle on stage . And based on her RH performance , she can be a pleasant beauty.
    MUP or nothing for Wynwyn

  6. Merry Christmas to all! It’s been a wonderful year for all of us, Filipino pageant aficionados, to have been gifted the top honor by no other than Catriona Gray before the year ends.

To all the negatrionas, may you see the beauty in your ugly faces and behavior. Mahirap mamatay sa sama ng loob at inggit.

    That’s all!

  7. Thank you kuya Norman for sharing with us your love and passion for beauty queens and pageantry year after year, and the joy we feel whenever we read articles and news about it. And Merry Christmas to the colorful commentators and keyboard warriors in this blog.

  11. Wishing everyone to look to the beauty of the faces of the children and to be grateful, to see situations with a silver lining. If we can teach people to be grateful, we can have an amazing world where negativity could not grow and foster and children will have a smile on their face! Merry Christmas 😚
