Another chapter in Miss Universe history is finished. And time to thank our Miss Philippines Rachel Peters for representing the country to the best of her charm, skills and all the preparations that went into the more than two weeks of stay in Las Vegas.
The results did not go our way after the second cut and a Top 10 finish is the highest that our bet achieved. But that’s nothing to sneer at, really. With a record number of 92 candidates in this year’s batch, making it that far is already something to be proud of. Inspite of comments and feedbacks that she did not have the spark or personality to match the curvaceous body and #legsthststretchfordays, we still need to be thankful.
