Rachel’s very first customers
Yesterday was a special date for Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters since it was the soft opening of her Hideout in Siargao charmingly called “Bake by Hideout” (a business partnership with boyfriend Migz Villafuerte). It is a very cozy place where guests can have a good cup of brewed coffee or latté along with a choice of one of the premium pastries she herself baked. As you can see in the photos below, the interiors are very welcoming the minute you enter. It’s like being in your own living room with friends and enjoying light – albeit animated – talks.
From this point onwards, Bake by Hideout will be a permanent fixture in the surfing paradise. So when you fancy a visit to Siargao or are planning to have a vacation there soon, don’t forget to drop by. Who knows, Rachel might be the barista in duty and prepare orders herself. 😉

Although I have to admit, maganda talaga ng place, pang mayaman talaga, pang straits of Makati and BGC. Then again, Iba ang Makati at BGC sa Siargao. Sa trulily lang mas kumikita dyan mga pipitsuging diving at surfing shops at mga karenderia.

My god, buhay ka pa pala at patuloy pa rin sa paghasik ng walang ka-kwenta-kwentang opinyon..first of all paano naging high-end yan eh kape nga lang at ensaymada (lol) ang binebenta…food is food eh ikaw nga binanggit mo Makati and BGC kung saan lahat ng klase ng tao- including yourself obviously in your Bench jeans, Penshoppe shirt and imitation Gucci cosmetic bag (!)- ay malayang bumili, kumain at mag window shopping regardless of their social income.
That’s because every Filipino is free to aspire to a good life- even people in Siargao whom you stupidly judged as being undeserving of enjoying a simple cup of coffee.
And what’s worse, is insulting a grown, adult woman like Rachel Peters na may malaking kapasidad naman to have her own business, with or without her boyfriend’s help. Pati ang nananahimik na pumanaw na eh, dinamay mo pa.
Kung ayaw mo kay Rachel (obviously!), sabihin mo na lang ng diretsahan kaysa kung and-ano pang nonsense ang pinag-huhugot mo dyan out of your stupid fake Gucci bag with its yucky contents of Eskinol white, Belo whitening sunscreen and lotion.

I hope this venture will not interfere with the intense and hectic training as part of her preps for MissIniverse. Dapat concentrate sa paghahanda para Miss Universe. If she really wants to win as she said she is then mag concentrate at I prioritize ang Miss Univetse.
